D-FOAM-R A625 is an economical, water base foam control additive for water borne inks, coatings and adhesives.  It provides easy incorporation and excellent performance with a wide range of binder systems including starch, polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl acetate.  D-FOAM-R A625 is non-silicone, mineral oil free and has a very low VOC.

·         Paper Coatings

·         Polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl acetate adhesives

Application Methods:

Typical use concentrations for D-FOAM-R A625 are between 0.1 and 0.5% (on total coating weight).  As with any defoamer, formulators should evaluate a range of concentrations to determine the optimum dose.

Handling and Storage:

Keep containers closed when not in use.  Protect from freezing.  If frozen, thaw at ‘room temperature’ and mix well before using.  Do not store in close proximity to strong oxidizers.
